We deliver to the UK and most EU Countries

Your order will be shipped by Courier, Royal Mail First Class Postage, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Schedule

All goods on our site are in stock at the time of ordering and we aim to dispatch orders received and paid for by 3 pm on the same day; at peak times, particularly in the run up to Christmas, this will be extended due to the volume of orders.

( During the 2007 Xmas period, all orders received by 3.00 on working days were despatched the same day!! we cannot guarantee that in 2008, but we will try very hard.)

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order, if delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence, the package will be returned to the sorting office to await your collection or instructions, if the packeage is not re-directed or collected by you the package will eventually be returned to us.

Special Delivery Next Working Day (Monday-Friday)

Next Working Day Delivery £6.95  UK Mainland  - Highlands & Islands £8.95 (for all Highland and Offshore orders exceeding 2 Kgs, a surcharge will apply, we will advise this by email)

All Next Working Day Deliveries must be signed for by an adult - if Couriers attempt a delivery and the card left is not responded to, the parcel will be returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a combined delivery and return charge of £13.90

Special Delivery orders for next day delivery must be ordered and paid for by 3 pm in order to be sent the same day.

Standard delivery up to 2kgs £8.95 - any order over 2 kgs when packed will be subject to a surcharge, notified by email, which must be paid before shipment

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, due to stock error or damages,we will back order for you or cancel, whichever your choice. We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to third parties or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
