I ordered this as a gift for my daughter - I already have one and find it brilliant for travelling etc. It was the first time I had used Prezziesplus - they were offering free standard delivery on £10 orders which I took advantage of.  I was a little apprehensive about delivery as I needed the gifts for Easter but I was amazed when the order arrived the following morning!  All the items ordered were carefully packed and the box clearly labelled - it was being delivered to my work address.  I would certainly used this site again and recommend it to friends and family.  The ordering process was clear and easy to use as well. Just to let you know that I received the replacment clock in yesterday's post and it's perfect.

Also, imagine my surprise when I spotted the small extra package inside, my original batteries! (that I'd forgotten to take out and had written off).

That adds a real personal touch from the team at prezziesplus.com that is sadly, lacking from most UK companies today. It's only a small thing, but meant a lot to me.
